About Great or Die!

A message to y'all,

Like many of you, we are foodies, pitmasters, fermintistas, mixologists, griddle gurus, zymurgists, wing wizards, and bread badasses. We live for taco Tuesdays and weekend barbecues. We like it from scratch.

The culinary rabbit hole leads to a warren of endless possibilities consisting of the techniques, ingredients, and tools that will help you turn out fantastic food. There are lively opinions and debate in regard to arriving at great taste but one thing stays consistent; It doesn’t matter how you get there what matters it the end result.

At Great or Die! we have taken on the task of completing much of the homework so you as a culinary aficionado or food hobbyist can get on with your journey. Don’t waste your time sorting out ‘the best’ methods and tools to get there – we already did that for you. Our product is Great Taste and we apply that principle to everything we publish!
